CNN has changed their debate rules for their September 16th Republican debate, and Carly Fiorina will greatly benefit. Fiorina and many other Republicans have been arguing that CNN's debate criteria for its main debate was unfair. To recap, CNN was going to average live interview polls from certain pollsters released from July 16th to September 10th, and the top 10 candidates in the average were going be invited to the main debate. Now, any candidate in the top 10 in an average of polls released from August 7th to September 10th will also be invited by CNN to the varsity debate. Fiorina is polling at an average of 5 percent in CNN recognized polls released since August 7th thanks to her Fox News debate performance, which is good enough for 7th place. It's well ahead of 11th place Chris Christie's 3.33 percent average in polls released since August 7th.
